Payment Methods & Security
All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or approved third-party processors (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay/Google Pay). Your payment information is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and fraud monitoring systems. Charges will appear as "Acevion" or "Maleous Health" on your billing statement.


You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. If a payment is declined, we may cancel your order or request alternative payment. Original payment methods will be refunded within 5–10 business days for canceled orders, excluding non-refundable shipping fees (see Return Policy for details).

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping policies, timelines, and fees are detailed in our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or factors outside our control (e.g., weather, address issues).

5. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy.
Certain products, including used hearing devices and hygiene-related items, may not be eligible for return due to safety and regulatory reasons.

6. Health Disclaimer

Our hearing devices and accessories are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

For OTC hearing aids, users must be 18+ and should consult with a licensed professional if uncertain about their hearing condition.
Hearing amplifiers (PSAPs) are not medical devices and are intended only for situational sound enhancement.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, logos, product images, and trademarks—is the property of Acevion by Maleous and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acevion by Maleous shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
  • Health-related complications from improper product use,
  • Delays or failures due to force majeure.
