  • Product Core Components: Covered for 6 months under warranty.
  • Scope: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • Products Covered:
    • OTC Hearing Aids
    • Hearing Amplifiers
    • Bed Alarm Systems
    • Ear Cleaning Devices and other health accessories sold on our site.

2. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs/modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., batteries, ear tips, cables).
  • Damage due to improper storage, water immersion beyond product specifications, or failure to follow user instructions.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

3. How to Claim Warranty Service

To request warranty service, please follow these steps:

  • If repair or replacement is not feasible, a refund may be issued.
  • The warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acevion by Maleous disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Please retain your original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, returned hearing devices may require proper sanitization before repair or replacement.
