At Acevion, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and refund policy to assist you.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 45 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories, packaging, and manuals included.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care will not be eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at support@acevion.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we’ve approved your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send your product.
  3. Shipping Your Return: Pack the product securely and include your RA number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to you within 3-5 business days.
  • If you do not see the refund in your account after 10 business days, please contact your financial institution.

4. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made products, final sale items, and any product marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
