1. Return Window & Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused or in like-new condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
  • OTC hearing aids and amplifiers may be returned if defective or if they cause discomfort or fail to meet performance expectations.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., ear tips, ear cleaners) must be unopened unless defective.
  • Bed Alarms and similar devices may be returned if they are non-functional or not as described.

⚠️ Used hearing or health products cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns unless they are faulty.

2. How to Request a Return

Please email support@acevion.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The product you want to return
  • The reason (including photo/video if defective)

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.
  • Unless the return is due to a product defect or our error, buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including postage and handling fees.

We are happy to replace items if they arrive:

  • Incorrect
